HOW TO CONTACT THE CAMELBAK TEAM?

In order to offer a continuous service, the customer service will operate on 27th, 28th and 29th of December 2023 to answer a maximum of request. Thank you for your understanding regarding the delay of answer which can be slowed down. (Response time within 24h/48h)

Our line is open from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00:PM. From the 24th December to the 2nd January, the contact center will only be available via email.

    The customer service team will not be online on these days, thank you for your understanding (phone lines and live chat will be closed and emails will be processed on the following days).
